A couple weeks ago I found myself desiring and seeking something “bigger” than just another day in Georgia. I wanted to see some new place, meet new people, I was chasing after something different than the “everyday life” that I had gotten used to throughout the past 3 months in CGA.
Then the Lord reminded me of a passion that He had placed on my heart over a year ago ; being part of revival in the States. Revival right here. People coming home to their Father. People encountering the greatest love that can’t help but change their homes & workplaces. America needs the love of God deeply and I felt convicted that I had suddenly became bored and uninterested at the idea.
It wasn’t the Lord asking me to follow Him to a new place or to step into something different and surrender everything all over again. It’s actually just the Lord asking me to do the same thing I’ve been doing. Living like I’m called to & inviting others into the same.
It looks like slowing down and intentionally noticing the people I run into at the grocery store, small moments of interaction with neighbors or customers at the coffee shop. It also looks like cultivating a culture of trust and growth within my home and CGA classroom. It looks like me taking ownership of what I messed up on and leading in authenticity.
I am beyond grateful for what the Lord has asked me into this season and equally as grateful for what He has taught me about contentment & satisfaction in this season.
S U P E R fun fundraising update!!!
I have been so blessed by people rallying around me to help with support raising. Overall, I have raised $3,772 out of my $5,950 goal. I need $2,178 left before I am fully funded! Support raising has been one of the most trusting things that I have walked through with the Lord as I have seen the compassion of other people all around me. I know that the Lord is bigger than any amount needed and know His character of provision.
